Bill Hinz, President CEO/President, Western National BankMr. Hinz opened Western National Bank in February of 2005 with capital raised in the local business community. Prior to forming Western National Bank, Mr. Hinz was the founder, President and CEO of Sunrise Bank of Arizona which had two locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. He also formed similar banks in Albuquerque, NM and La Jolla, CA. Mr. Hinz, an Arizona native, is married with two children and resides in Paradise Valley, AZ. Mr. Hinz is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. |

Bryan Kort, Managing Director, Specialty Markets BancMr. Kort has been involved in commercial lending and banking in Phoenix since 1992. He has been with Western National Bank since its inception working in the lending and retail divisions of the bank. Previously he was a Vice President with Sunrise Bank of Arizona. He is responsible for marketing, business development and managing customer relationships for SMB. Mr. Kort, a Phoenix native, resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate. |

Larry Kosowsky, Operations Manager, Specialty Markets BancMr. Kosowsky has been involved in banking since 2003. Prior to joining the SMB team he was a Personal Banker and Licensed Investment Adviser with Wells Fargo Bank. He is responsible for managing lockbox processing and day to day operations. A Phoenix native, Mr. Kosowsky resides in Phoenix with his wife and son. |
Nathan Dusek, Relationship Associate, Specialty Markets BancMr. Dusek has been a part of the banking industry since 2002 and joined the Western National Bank team in September of 2007. Nathan began as a teller at Irwin Union Bank and quickly became the Assistant Manager and thereafter, he accepted a position with Wells Fargo Auto Finance as a Loan Loss Prevention Specialist. He is responsible for providing individualized customer service and relationship management to SMB clients. Nathan is a Chicago native, but has lived in Phoenix for 20 years and resides in Scottsdale with his wife. |
